Privacy
This page covers what we keep when you visit this site or join PromoAI's early access, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
This site and its early-access list are run by PromoAI.
What we keep when you join
Your email address, the language of the page you joined from, which form you used, and the country your browser's time zone points to. If you add your website, we keep that too.
Why
To tell you when your access opens, and to see who is waiting. We don't send a newsletter, and we never sell or share your address.
On what basis
Your consent, given when you join. You can take it back at any time with the link in our emails or by writing to us.
Who else handles it
Our email provider, to deliver our messages to you, and the company that hosts our server. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Until early access is over. If you take yourself off the list, we stop emailing you at once and delete your address within 30 days.
Counting visits without cookies
We count visits without cookies and without keeping your IP address. Each day the server makes a random key, and a visit is counted with a one-way code made from that key, your address and your browser type. The key is deleted the next day, so the codes can't be traced back to you or linked across days. We also note the page, the site that sent you here, whether you're on a phone or a computer, and the country your time zone points to.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for visitors.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can complain to your data protection authority.
